Boubby Grin
Boubby Grin has accumulated an extensive track record of executive, advisory and educational experience. As Director of Strategy and Governance of the cargo division of the Royal Dutch KLM Group of Airlines, he developed a revolutionary modelling strategy, which was adopted throughout the entire Group, as well as by strategic suppliers and core customers.
He was in the forefront of a number of initiatives in the national logistics sector, such as Holland International Distribution Center (HIDC), Nederland Distributie Land (NDL), and Air Cargo Netherlands (ACN). Also internationally he participated frequently in bodies such as the Association of European Airlines – AEA and the Iinternational Air Transport Association – IATA. He has lectured in hundreds of sessions for industry and logistics, branch associations, and public authorities.
Presently, he is board member of the association Calamitijd, an initiative of Stratagem Strategic Research. Calamitijd designs novel ways of identifying planning inconsistencies. On the subject of societal inconsistencies he is the author of the book ‘Het glas is halfmat’.
