Herman Neukermans
Herman Neukermans joined the Stratagem Group as an associate partner in 2006, after twelve years of experience in the aviation industry. He worked for SABENA as Airport Development Manager and for Brussels Airport as Vice-President Strategy & Marketing.
He received M.Eng. degrees in chemical and nuclear engineering, complemented by a Doctorate in chemical engineering. Prior to his activities at Brussels Airport, he worked in the chemical and in the food industry as R&D director in worldwide international environments.
Herman is experienced in managing high-budget research programmes between partners and in working with large groups of people, both white- and blue-collar.
Since 1984, Herman has his own consultancy firm which was initially directed at database structure recommendations and maintenance. His present work is mainly based on his recent experience and concerns consulting to international organisations in the aviation industry. He is appreciated as a fact-finder from personal contact in the field or via his extensive network, resulting in valuable recommendations, both strategic and operational.
